I figure your total length to be somewhere around 58 feet. According to the chart that I have attached you would get 80,000# total weight and would be able to put 20,000# on the steer axle 20,000# on the pull axle and 42,000# on the trailer axles.
You can not exceed any of those weights on the interstate system.
You will never be overweight because there is no way that you could load your combo with that much weight and not have something fail.
So.... you don't have a weight issue that I can see.
If you added 3 thousand pounds more to the front of the trailer you may then run into a problem being over the trucks GVWR.
I say may because you will really not know until you load it that way and have it weighed.
