Hitch placement
When installing the new hitches in a new Ram 2500 I have options of where to place the kingpin location. Over the axle, 2" in front of the axle or 2 or 4" being the axle. Where should it go and why?

I would think that any rails from any manufacturer should have the centerline between the rails either directly over the axle or perhaps 1" forward but in all cases they should be the same independent of manufacturer. Maybe there isn't really an industry standard for bed rail placement.
