the kitchen slide out would not work while other three slides did work, after replacing two old rv batteries with two new 930 amp rv batteries kitchen slide out works fine

My slide has this exact issue, which I solve by manually cranking a couple turns and then the motor will extend the slide (kitchen slide on 360IBL). Can you elaborate on what adjustment(s) you had to make so the slide operated correctly? Doesn't seem like a motor issue.

The dealer said it was under adjusted causing a rail to bottom out and become stuck. He shown me how to make the adjustment and no more issues.
Does yours make the ratchet sound like when it's fully closed and you continue to hold the switch?
Can you move the slide out a little with the manual tool and then it operates properly?
