- Kate_and_EdExplorerBTW yes not bypass issue on wh.
- Kate_and_EdExplorerThanks she has contacted Montana Owners Club and in meantime got a decent connection to guy at mfg in Indiana. Hot water heater was leaking and camper thought had fixed but then poured out and co told her to shut down until can be seen at a dealership. She’s using shower house for now. Has had on-going issues with solar so still hit and miss on that. Solar is new release so she’s guinea pig I guess. Thanks for your help!
- RKWExplorerThere is no part of a Montana trailer hot water system that is specific to, or proprietary of, the Montana brand or it's parent company. Dollars to doughnuts, it's either a Suburban or an Atwood.
- TXicemanExplorer IIIt would be most helpful to describe what is the issue with the water heater.

This is the best advice. The Montana owners forum will have a greater concentration of Montana owners obviously and you'll get a much greater volume of answers on point. - Kate_and_EdExplorerThanks for comments…passing on. Poor communication where she is now.
- Kate_and_EdExplorerJust looking to see if anyone with new Montana exp any like problems. She got relatively new solar package too causing lots of problems. She knows new brings problems but piling up. Might add Elkhart to itinerary if continues has spent lots of time at dealer vs on the road.
- Roger10378Explorer IIDoes she know enough about the unit to make sure the water heater is not in bypass mode?

- Could be less hassle and cheaper to fix by just calling in a mobile RV mechanic?
