I also fill my FW until it burps or trickles out the overflow. My Jayco has a 92 gallon capacity that is split between 2 flat tanks. I've found that if I turn the water off for a few minutes after it first burps the water will equalize between the tanks and I can add another 10 or 12 gallons.
