We had a 2002 KZ Sportsmen for 9 years. It never needed to go back to the dealer for service of any kind. Not a single issue with it (no slides).
From there we bought a 2011 Keystone Outback. It was a pretty TT but it had issues I attributed to poor assembly processes. A slide would not open sometimes (returned multiple times for this), a screw was driven through a lamp power wire, rear roof corner caps improperly installed, interior trim pieces popping loose, debris under linoleum flooring. Each time I had to leave it with Holiday World for weeks to get it repaired.
That one was stolen and we went back to KZ (see sig). I have had a slide seal leak and slides adjusted on this one. All of it was taken care of while I waited for 1.5 hours. I have found their service to be excellent.
Yea, it bums me out that Thor recently bought out KZ. Time will tell.
