International RV in Mi ?

Bought parts at their Gaylord store but have never had any service performed.

I had the wheel bearings repacked and the brakes checked by them at the Gaylord location. I have also bought some parts from them. No complaints, seem friendly and willing to answer questions.

I bought my 2012 chaparral from them.They had the best price of any dealer in the state that checked.I live in the vanderbilt area not far from gaylord and have talked to a number of people that have bought from them and everybody seamed happy. I never had to take my chaparral back for service but they took care of the few things that i found when i was looking at it and the PDI went well

Well the Gaylord location is not on our short list. They don't stock the brands we are interested in. I am more interested the Bay City and Mt Pleasant locations. Plus some friends of ours have had some issues with the service at the Gaylord location.

????? What the heck? You ask about a dealer and EVERYONE gives you feedback about the dealer closest to you, all of which is positive, so you decide to give your own negative comments. Smells of trolling to me. If you don't like the local dealer, you'll like the ones over 100 miles away even less. They are the same company and you will have to go out of your way to get there.
