Jayco Designer Slide out Seal problem

I have a Jayco 2009 34RLQS. The other day I noticed that the Kitchen slide seal has become detached from the coach along part of the seal from the top of the slide down about three feet. It looks like this part of the seal is supposed to catch under some small metal teeth that are attached to the coach. I tried pulling the rubber back under the teeth but it does not want to stay. Anyone else have this problem.

Is there any special tool that is used to attached the rubber seal to the metal teeth. Any thoughts on any adheasive that might work to keep the slide seal in place. Thanks.
