Jayco Eagle 33.5 RKTS kitchen slide issues

The kitchen slide with the couch won't slide out. I'm plugged in and the other slides came out ok. This slide makes the sound like its trying but doesn't come out. I just brought it home from an RV park where my parents lived in it for about 5 years. My Dad passed away December and my Mom decided to finally have it moved to my house. It went in ok before I moved it a few weeks ago, but not now. It's been plugged in the whole time and level.

    Battery charged. Other slides go in and out ok. Dropped the front a little lower and still nothing. No hydraulc reservoir in storage compartment under fifth wheel, so must be electric.

    Do you know the make of the slide? Is it mechanical or hydraulic. If it is a Schwintek - they need a good battery even if plugged in to shore power. In any case check your battery charge. Also sometimes some slides work better if the rv is pointed downhill for the slide.
