Jayco Fifth Wheel 2013

We have had our Jayco for a year now and love our camper. However, we noticed that the inside rear wall had some bubble spots and hard nots in the wall. We carried the camper back to the dealership and it was discovered a roof seal was not properly sealed while in the factory. Our entire wall is being replaced by Jayco. Has anyone else experienced any similar problems. Thanks

    strong support after the sale by Jayco comes as no surprise .... if/when we should replace our current camper, I'd be hard pressed to consider any other brand

    Yes, I've had the passenger side replaced on my 30 foot 2012 fifth wheel courtesy of Jayco. There was no push back, it was fixed. I have a great dealer who look after their customers. Delamination occurred below a window about a year and three months after we took delivery.

    Great customer service - two year warranty. What model 5th wheel, just got an Eagle HT last Oct. BH great for grandkids and kids.

    That sure sounds like great customer service! Maybe you should give Jayco and your dealer an atta boy.
