I did it once. Trailer was stored inside on level concrete floor. I installed the spare on location. I put wheel cocks in front and back of the spare and put a ratchet strap around then to make sure they were tight against the wheel. I then broke the lug nuts loose on the other three wheels.
I then placed a bottle jack with the screw extended to within a half inch of the spring mount of each of the other three wheels and jacked them up just enough to get the wheel off. I then lowed the rear stabilizers. I then removed the other three wheels and tires.
