I needed new tires, so I jacked up one side of the trailer, blocked it, removed the two wheels, took them to the tire place, brought them home and did the other side. Lots of sweat!
While I was at the shop with the 2nd set, the tire guy sez "why didn't you bring in the trailer? we would do all the removing and reinstalling no charge!" - that is the last time I do it myself!
