lil rocker slider hitch

im looking for a parts list or aftermarket parts or any info for the lil rocker slider hitch 15 k. im having trouble pulling the lever far enough to unlock the slider hitch. the flat stock on the front half of the piece that the handle attatches to appears to be twisted is it supposed to look like that? I bought the hitch used. cant find a pitcure anywhere of what it should look like. thanks
