We have a 31 ft Rockwood Signature Lite, a Forest River product and enjoy it. We feel it is a good value for the cost and it has been low maintenance for the two years we have owned it since new. The bunk room is for the use of our two young grandsons, 8 and 10, who often travel with us in the rig. When it is just my wife and I, we seldom even put the bunk slide room out. When we wee looking for a bunk house model, I had another requirement and that was it had to have a high enough ceiling in the bedroom where I could stand up straight. I am 6' 4" and our first 5th wheel years back only had about a 5 ft ceiling which I didn't enjoy. But the draw back to our new one is it pushes the outside height over 13 ft. (13' 4")
For our use, this entry level priced unit works well for us. If we were going to use one for full time use, I would have looked at higher end units with more creature comforts, such as recliners, a larger fridge, etc.
