Asked my insurance agent about getting an RSA plan and he said I'm already covered in my policy and don't need RSA. He said just pay for the tow or whatever is needed and my insurance will reimburse me. Sounds good to me. I don't have to pay extra for a separate RSA plan and I can call anyone I want for help.
