  • Went over this in another thread. You can look at Coach-Net Good Sam and Saferide as service brokers. In most parts of the country, they all call the same providers. It appears that there's no difference between any of them so picking the cheapest plan would be the best idea.
  • Think they all use the same provider but the provider that pays the calm the quickest gets the best service.
  • We have GSRA and I was thinking about getting this in addition too (not instead of GSRA) . Do any of you have more than one roadside assistance plan ? If so why ?

Not to mention the provider who pays the most.

I used to make a LOT of calls to AAA. not as a member but as a police dispatcher.. But when I needed service you bet I got hopping service (I have or had the unlisted phone number and when I say unlisted I mean not even AAAs internal phone book listed it) for the Road assistance SUPERVISOR for the entire state... That worked great.

And leads to a funny story I told in in another thread.
  • I had one roadside service guy tell me that he was called and responded to calls from both Good Sam and Coachnet. He said his experience was that Coachnet was "easier" to work with. I didn't question him further but assumed that meant he was paid either better or faster by Coachnet.
