McGrath State beach / Oxnard Ca, Ventura Co.

McGrath state beach Opened up in April after being flooded out for quiet some time. it’s first come first serve.I believe it’s a primitive CG. McGrath was ranked amongst bird watchers as one of the top 10 in California, it’s about 1 mile E on Harbor Blvd right off the 101 via seaward exit. This SB is 1 of 2 SB in the county that’s first come first serve, the other is the infamous Rincon.

    My experience on that is that if you fit, they won't say anything. They might ask you when you check in and you'll have to "stretch" the truth a bit. I took my 30' fifth wheel to Moro Strand where 27' is the max. It was tight to say the least and I had to park my truck in another parking spot but it worked.
