New Coachman Chaparral lite using Azdel Composite Panels.

Mine is a 2005 and I have no idea what the walls are made of. It's holding up well.....

My friend has a koala camper with adzel outer wall construction. Looks nice and holds up well. its supposed to be immune to water absorption and mold. from the net:
· 50% lighter than wood

· Offers 3x the insulation value of wood

· Odorless, Formaldehyde free

· Sound and energy absorbing

· Impact and puncture resistant to help prevent damage

· Impervious to water: Unlike wood it will not rot, mold, or delaminate sidewalls causing costly damage

Azdel is a great product. It's the perfect product for wall construction. Lance uses it in all their RV's.

Mine has been quite solid.

We are also looking at the similar 29BHS and was wondering the same thing. I will be hanging out watching for answers too!
We are also looking at a Cougar 320QBS which is the same floor plan but on 16" wheels and more water capacity.

We are in our second Chappy.For the price point it suits us just fine,I have had no problems with the builds on either one of ours.Our first was a lite. The 29RKS.They only made it one year.We like the Chaparral line.The wall construction seems to be pretty solid.
