I know unloaded weight is not the same as loaded weight. The DRV web page shows 15000 dry with a 3,000 pin. Of course that is before all the must haves we put in them. These trucks will not only pull them things they can stop with those things also. Your right about thinking it just kind of grows and grows and then the check book comes out. I've got three months or so before delivery and now I am looking at after market things for the new rig. Oh no here comes the checkbook again.

Not to freak you our but our MS 36SB3 has a pin of 4,500#, Virtually all weight sits on or ahead go the axles when you load your RV.

I've been looking at this model and it shows a GVW of 19,000#...I know one may not load that heavy, but I tow my 5er now at 16,200# with no issues, so if the 11 Ram can handle it, I ought to be "good to go" with my truck should I decide to get one of these great looking 5er's...right?

OP, it's beautiful rig....I would love to have one someday:)

I am over 19K and my measly RAM Dually 350/800 with 3:42 gears tows the little MS just fine!

They are a great full time rig.

It's an awesome 5er to be sure...

We have been thinking about a new 15 38' MS similar to our 36SB3. Ya know what "thinkin" leads too!

I purchased from Lazy Days in Seffner, Fla. I priced it around and they are taking my trade and the price was agreeable. Plus I only live about 90 min south of them saving travel money. Cindy Bell was my sales person and she worked for the deal and I would recommend her to anyone that is interested. We are happy. I ordered a number of options. If you are interested in the details send me a pm. The other dealers that sent quotes were all really good to work with but for us this is the deal that worked the best.

Woodman1 I ordered the 8000 IS also and went with the standard paint. Ordered a few other options so we could live off shore power or boondock if need be for awhile. It has only been one day but the wait is well you know. Congrats to you also.

I already joined the suites web site a little while ago. Rig should be here in 12 to 14 weeks according the dealer. The paint scheme is Caribbean Sunset it should match my Ram color pretty good.

I was just over there and noticed you joined a while ago. You will love how the RAM handles the monster!

Congratulations!
We also ordered the 38 RSSA. We ordered ours May 14th. Went on line June 26th off July 11th. Then 10 days @ the paint shop. Then over to Mor/ryde for the I/S system. There is a 2 1/2 to 3 week wait for that. We keep saying just a little longer but it seams forever. We ordered ours from Tiara RV in Elkhart In. They are near the factory so they can get it without having to wait for it to be delivered.
Good luck.
