My wife feels she will miss the outdoor kitchen, but she is ok with it cause all we ever used it for was an ice machine and the mini fridge for drinks for guests and such, and with a 12 Cubic Foot 4 door fridge with ice maker in it, we should be fine now.
The extra bathroom I totally agree about. Its a pain and twice as many chances of a problem. One bathroom is enough for us. But, like you said, different strokes. If everyone like the exact same thing and had the same budget, we wouldn't remember which one was ours in the campground cause they would all be identical.
