Newbie Training

We bought a fifth wheel earlier in the year and it was delivered to local storage. We got an hour of training at that time. We had some issues with getting delivery of a new 3500 and now have that. But we have never hooked up the trailer, used the backup camera, much less drive forward or in reverse. The dealer is two hours from here and not much help. Are there members of RV.net that would make themselves available for a couple of hours or 1/2 day to show us the ropes. We are more than happy to reimburse you for your time.

There are hundreds of videos on YouTube dealing with anything you might want to know & some more. For practice get some cones & practice in an open area. Nothing replaces practice.

Our 5er was the very first experience towing anything. Our shakedown trip was a one way Austin, TX to MD jaunt which included large sections of the Blue Ridge Parkway & many SPs with backin sites.

Hello Jim , Where in PA are you located? Or should I ask, where is the trailer?
I may be able to help depending on the location.
