I have a 2010 Jayco eagle 365bhs. I was cleaning it up today and realized that all my 12v circuits don't work on 120 volt hook up. Hooked to house battery they work fine. Hooked to vehicle work fine but if I disconnect neg house lead and plug into 120 I get nothing. All breakers and fuses are good but I have no idea where the power converter is located. Could that be the problem and if so how do I find it

I fixed it!! Thanks for everyone's help. I finally located the inverter by pulling apart the walls in the underneath storage. All 3 30amp fuses were blown and a 15 am that powers the surround sound system was blown. I replaced them and all is good now!!!!!!!

It may have to do the the reverse polarity fuses on the converter. If so, there would be no charging of the battery and no 12v for lights and other 12v functions from the converter. The battery will continue to supply until completely discharged.

I will get the battery readings shortly. I still am trying to locate the power converter or any other fuses. I have pulled the 12v panel off its not behind there and the only inline fuse I have come across is the one in the battery compartment and that one is fine. UGHH!! Does anyone know where I should be looking for the converter?

My Layton has sat up at the lake for 5 years with no battery. And all the lights are 12v. Sounds like a slow blow fuse if the lights are dim.

You need to take some voltage readings at the battery. Sounds like it's not getting charged when plugged into shore power.

A simple and cheap little digital multimeter is an rv'ers best friend. Get one and learn to use it. If you provide us with some voltage readings, it will help us to better understand your situation.

WE got ready to leave for Colorado a few days ago, and after getting all hooked up realized we had no 120v. Called my service man in Amarillo and he walked me along. Found a breaker that had two cables hooked to it. He said to run my finger around the breaker and I should find a very small button to reset the breaker. This breaker was in the very front storage compartment. The batteries were on the other side of that wall. I pushed the button and had power back.

Sounds like the converter is turned off. Is there a battery disconnect switch?
Blown fuse on the converter charge circuit?

Reconnect the battery.. and any other various wires and rings that were also put over the negative terminal.. then tell us if your problems are still there.

If you have a WFCO panel, the converter should be on the bottom part. All my last and current campers gave me 12v from the converter with or without the battery connected. If it is your converter, maybe a good time to upgrade.
