I'm gonna buy a 5th wheel next year & plan to keep under 30 foot, I suppose if I must go 1 or 2 feet I will, but considering where I plan to park mine, the shorter the better.

For me, I'd really like a couple slide outs.

Since I don't own one I can't start with posting mine, but promise to once I get it. ??

We didn't want anything longer than 28 either. Ours is a 2012 Durango 245. 28' from ladder to kingpin. GVWR is 8800 lbs. Looks like KZ replaced the 245 with 251 which is basically the same plan with an extra closet slide and is a little heavier. 2018 Durango 251. The 2012 had the closet side as an option.

1st off let me thank you for the various pictures from inside & out & the floorplan.

Nice rig, One thing that might limit my size is the fact that where I plan to store mine is entered through a basic alley wide drive & I will have to keep the 90 degree angle in mind with backing it into place & still being able to use the back for at least one other car & my boat.

I think tomorrow I will post a picture of what I have to work with back there.

& to your comment about being full time in there.....
Thats also a thought.

I might move to Arizona Full time but work here in Hollywood & thought about maybe keeping the trailer in a RV park long term & when I come here for work, staying in it?
Or if I bought a remote plot of land in Az. leaving it there as our get away home?

Yet I worry about tweakers finding it & having there way with it when i'm gone for months.
