Quick connect Lpg
I have a 2014 Laredo 292RL. I'm looking at adding a quick connect for my camp chef and Coleman. Just not sure what kind of pipe to use. I found the perfect spot were the line goes to the water heater....

Black iron pipe.
Remember, if your grill has a built in regulator (most do, some integral with the on/off and temperature control knob), it will not work on the gas line connection as the line is already regulated.

If ANY of the appliances you are planning to use with your quick connect hook directly to the propane tank then the above applies... You are tapping into a line that is already regulated.
As far as the fitting, It's probably a 3/8" Flare which you should be able to find at Home Depot or Lowes.
