The entire axle is over to the left but leaf springs and brackets are straight. Tires wear fine, it appears that if you jacked trailer and loosened all u bolts u could move axle to the right about 3/8 inch. There is some space between the axle mount plates and u bolts. I just picked it up and moved to my site, as soon as I can I am gonna measure the welded mounts on axle to compare with the front axle to ensure they r the same. Any help with this issue

Does the other side look like it might be the same distance out the other way.
I would not only measure between spring mounting plates, but also measure from spring mounting plate to brake plate at end of axle to see if they are all the same. Could be you have a bad axle from factory.
