Rear Stabilzer Jacks

I have a Keystone Hideout 308bhds, 5th wheel. The rear stabilizer jacks do not want to motor down or up. I think the wiring diagram shows me there is an inline 20 amp fuse, that Iโ€™m assuming blew, just like my front landing gear has. I can NOT find that fuse anywhere. Can anyone please help me? Thanks

In my Keystone Montana High Country 5er, the front pass-through storage area (basement) has a wall (back side). It's in 2 halves, attached with 4 screws each. When I anchored down the reclining chairs from above (ours is a front living room), I removed that wall to reach the floor under the chairs. It was there I discovered several different sets of auto-style fuse blocks. I have no clue what they all go to, but I figured at least 6 of them went to the leveling jacks. You might check there.
