- EndrickenExplorerDoes REESE still recommend greasing the Coupler through the Grease Zerk before every hookup?
Does the Airbag still "puff" out the air through the 45 PSI (?) Pressure Relief - requiring VERY SLOW refilling after most several hour tows on any rough road?
Was way too much maintenance for me.
Also, within 9 months of installation a large TX pothole bent it and cracked my front frame member. Fortunately REESE refused to provide a replacement under warranty so I went back to the STAR PERFORMANCE ADAPTER. It includes a glider motion, has not broken my frame and only needs greasing every 2000 miles (6 Grease Zerks).
Hope it works out better for you! - LanceRKeysExplorerI have a bumper pull now, and will be going with a 5th wheel when the kids get a little bigger, it is exciting to see all the options out there. I don’t want rails mounted in my truck, so this may be another option. The extra shock absorbers look like they would help as well. Good video.
