you said you,ve tried all the cures, but did you put a bungee cord across the doors. just a little tension on the gaskets.. I to tried them all ,one day siting in the chair staring at the frig, I noticed the door gasket not as tite at the bottom as the top, put a bungee across the door waited 5 hours and temp took a huge drop, I could freeze milk now if I wanted to.
