Replacement slide motor for Lifestyle dining room slide

Model is a Klauber K01389B300 and they will not sell to an individual and seeing Lifestyle is out of business not sure what my options are. Anybody know an alternative or replacement for this Klauber slide motor. Really just need a gear in the gearbox but will probably have to buy complete unit.
