replacing 15" tires
I know this is beat to death however I have 225/75r15 tires with a d rating @65psi looking to replace I know every one on here is LT positive however everything I look at in LT doesn't really have a 1...

Check the manufacturer's specs for the specific tire of interest. The Michelin XPS Rib LT245/75R16 has an overall diameter of 30.6", per Michelin.
