replacing 15" tires
I know this is beat to death however I have 225/75r15 tires with a d rating @65psi looking to replace I know every one on here is LT positive however everything I look at in LT doesn't really have a 1...

Center rib wear can indicate tread separation. You need new tires.
Logic says rims rated at 65 psi have a maximum inflation pressure of 65 psi cold.
