Resale prices
Online value sites don’t seem to be anywhere close to current used sale pricing so how does one figure current market value?

- Craigslist and RV trader are useful
- View similar RVs for sale in your area. In person is best but electronically if necessary.
- Rv's are just like anything else you will sell, look at comps. Look to see what RV's like yours, same age, same or similar model, are selling for and subtract 10%. Some sites like Ebay and PPL will have what units actually sold for. Demand is high for Rv's especially given the recent rise again in COVID cases and lack of supply.
