Most vehicles turn sharper to the right.

So, assuming there is sufficient space, and the vehicle can put itself into a super tight turn and do a 360 in a perfect circle... the driver will certainly travel further in a right turn, but the passenger travels further in a left turn.. and the vehicle travels the same either way...
