We have terrible problems with black spots on the roof of our Cedar Creek roof . . . they are mold from the leaves on the trees. Tilex does a great job taking off the mold spots, but you have to be careful with it.
Clean the roof as often as you can . . . . use a lot of bleach with soap, and for the mold spots use Tilex (spelling?).
