Rough start

In March we upgraded from a 2015 Keystone Passport 2920BH TT To a 2018 Keystone Half Ton 30RLS 5ver. The Passport had 0 issues over a three year period.

Now lets talk about the Fifth wheel. So far we have had the following issues. Gas Water heater would not lite. Electric water pump would not hold pressure to use while on the road. Grey tank valve leaked. (Just glad it wasn't the Black tank).Awning broke today. Only one arm was extending, the shock busted at the bottom, and the fridge. Lets discuss the fridge. I really would like others opinion on the fridge. It wont work in the drive way????. So while its parked at home It will not get cold. I've tried it in auto, Gas only, slide in slide out. Nothing. 3 hours down the road it starts working??. Had it at the dealer for three weeks and they couldn't get it to fail. This has happened twice. Brought it home this week to get ready for our Disney trip and the Fridge wont cool off and the awning broke. Called the dealer and they're stumped. I am too. It works on the road but not at home? It is on a slight incline which I showed a pic to the dealer and they said it wasn't enough to cause the problem. So Memorial weekend trip, Summer trip, and now right before our fall trip we cant load the fridge???

Very frustrated!!!. We stuck with Keystone because on the great experience we had with the TT. The dealer has fixed everything we discussed except the awning(That broke today) and the fridge. They are reluctant to replace the fridge because they can't get it to fail when we take it to them a few days after we return from our trips.

Anyone else had these kind of issues with Keystone or with the fridge specifically?? We love the floor plan but the little things are starting to add up in a short amount of time. What happens when it gets a few years on it.

Like I said. A rough start with the new Fifth Wheel..
