Mine is 24x46 and need a couple of more feet wide as when the slides are out and the F350 DRW is beside of it there is not any room to slide between the hips and the open slide.
Clearance is 14' at the top of the sides as Redwood 38GK is 13'3" tall and I am able to clean and inspect the roof of RV with no problems and do maintiance as needed (when I remove the F350).
