I purchased the rig in my signature used from Albany RV, aka-RV one, aka RV direct. I can only speak for this one location as I have never used any of their other locations. The only thing I was happy with was the price. The service after the sale was very disappointing. I had to fight to get what was promised me. The techs were very sub par. I had a number of issues that they attempted to fix but did not fix only to bring the coach somewhere else to get the job done correctly.
I would never bring my rv to Albany RV for service again. However if I was looking to purchase on rv and could buy an rv from them and get factory delivery I would consider another purchase from them. That is I would purchase from them if they never touched the rv.
The owners will tell you they will be there for you when you need them but that is not true!
