A guy from our church has a =very= nice TT (>$100k MSRP) that he got from CW. In the first year, CW has had it > half the time to fix a huge, and constantly changing, list of issues. The way it's working for him is that he calls them up, says he needs to use it. They pull it out, he picks it up, goes camping, then drops it off on Monday AM. They pull it back into the service bay. He figures that of the time they've had it, it's spent > 90% of that time actually =in= the service bay, so free covered storage for part of the year! :-)
