Sagging floor

My 2012 razorback 2650 toy hauler the floor has started to sag in the middle. You can't really see it but you can feel the hump near the front and on the sides. It sinks down about 3/8"-1/2". Should I be concerned or is this normal? I got underneath the trailer and the integrity of the beams all look just fine

You have a water leak that has already caused massive damage. The leak is probably tiny, undetectable, impossible to find, and impossible to fix...let alone the massive amount or work it would be to find the damage in the roof, walls, and floor.

Don't tell the dealer about the sag or the leak.

Take the hit now...hopefully it won't be too bad.

Unload it while you still can.

I'm actually in Elkhart, IN right now as I just had a new ramp door put on my 2014 Grand Design Momentum. We full time in the rig and unload/re-load a Goldwing at each stop which weighs about 1000 lbs. I experienced softness along the center of the door a so much so you could feel the floor flex when walking on it.

These doors are expensive, yet are just foam sandwiched between 2 thin sheets of plywood covered with the non-slip surface inside and the exterior laminate outside.

I would never be dishonest like that even to a dealer. I did check and the moisture readings were normal.
