Searching for the right 5W

Heck, my fiver is 11 years old and I see no reason to spend my retirement paying for another one.

Saw this when we picked up ours...someone had ordered it also with a 2nd A/C.

Well not central kitchen, but lots of counter space. Likely a bit heavy for that 350 SRW. I wish it was a bit lighter, I would love to have this rig,

AF 29-5k

Yep, The 29-5T (34 ft) is doable with a newer SRW 1 ton, however, the 29-5K (35 ft) is DRW territory. A lot of weight here.

My experience is, the right one will be right next to the left one. :)

Our is twelve, but yes agree with you.

Not sure what you want us to do, your leg work? Every manufacturer has a website to browse. Plenty of RV dealers out there to visit. Perhaps you should pose your question to a salesperson.

Your requirements greatly limit your choices. First upper scale builders have abandoned shorter rigs. Even some surprising player have dropped the rear caps. We wanted just about everything you stated in 34-35 foot. Ended up with a 39'4" rig.

Maybe your first step should be to update your truck, under controlled conditions, not out on the road somewhere. Chris

Whatever you do don't buy Arctic Fox they're going cheap on qualitity and build.
2016 Northwood Arctic Fox 29-5T
Problems with trailer since we bought it August 29, 2015
Sani flush valve installed backward.
Cross threaded plumbing
Stripped screws in cabinet doors throughout trailer
Main entry door and door frame stripped screws
Propane valve was leaking. Northwood sent a new valve but this is a potentially deadly situation because of their negligence.
Landing gear making a clicking sound.
Water pump went out Northwood sent a new one.
Caulking very poorly done and crack in shower.
TV mount installed crooked we replaced at our cost.
Wallpaper peeling
Holes in walls whoever was building it drilled holes and realized whatever they were going to put there was not supposed to be there.
Outside cubby leaks not properly sealed
All the wires to the circuit breaker box fried. My wife smelled something and did not know where it was coming from but my dog was smelling down at the breaker box so my wife opened the cover, it was so hot it burned her hand. This could've killed all of us because of their gross negligence.

Wow! This is probably the first negative post about AF that I've ever seen. I went out of my way to find one. Granted, mine is 5 years older than yours. My only complaint is the weight and I think the Lippert landing gear is undersized. It sure sounds like you got a lemon. Sounds like Northwoods didn't step up other than sending you parts. Did they offer for you to bring it back to the factory?
