From your posts my take it that your dealer has marginal service. ie Shotgun parts replacement until the problem is found.
Lipperts answer for the last 10 years is to upgrade the auto resetable Circuit Breaker to 80 Amp or to parallel two 40 amp circuit breakers. Apperantly they have not done so and are not willing to make the changes to fix the problem.
