slow charge
Can i plug in a trickle charge to a 15 amp line say, three days before i go on a trip? Will that be all i need to charge the battery?

I use a maintainer on my RV batt and have the batt switch off.
I just do not see the need to have the whole system powered up all the time. - maybe

Better to use the converter, particularly if it is a 3 stage unit. - Why don't you just plug in your 5th wheel and let the converter charge the battery?

What is the current SOC of the battery as measured with a multimeter with NO load ?
X-2 on the using the Converter, if its a 3-4 stage charging profile
