Spray In Bed Liners?

I have reflex in my dually and had it in my 3/4 ton also.It is 1/4 inch thick on the bottom. Had it sprayed in before my hitch went in. Very pleased with it.

We have went with "Bullet Liner" on the last couple trucks. The person who developed Linex sold out and signed a 5 year non-compete, however during that time he continued to work in his lab to address the fading problem. When his 5 year non-compete was up, he introduce "Bullet Liner" It is a high pressure, 2 part application much like his old version Linex, but more stable and has UV protectors in it. I have in in my 2012 RAM, and so far it's held up well. I even had the frame of my PullRite hitch lined...

His general business liability insurance probably doesn't cover hitch installation/reinstallation. That's not a legal/law issue. That's an insurance liability coverage issue.

My general business liability policy has 50 pages of exclusions in it. They've written it such that they can deny coverage for practically anything. So I just make sure that everything I do, is top notch quality and overbuilt design. Chances are, if anything goes wrong, my general business liability policy would leave me hanging out to dry to fend for myself. So I make sure nothing happens...

I have my new Duramax scheduled for a Line-x next week. I asked which to do first hitch or Line-x, the owner said do it first because he cannot legally remove the hitch for the spray.

Hopefully you don't remove much of the liner getting the bolts back thru the hole. I don't think it makes much difference holes drilled before or after.

I guess you could oversize the holes before the liner, but thats not such a great idea. I drilled mine after , and put a bit of silicone around the holes before tightening. no signs of rust or corrosion when the bed rails were removed. The puck system on the new trucks are a non issue.

The reflex stays shiny wet look and mine is over 1/4 inch thick. Very happy with it.

I had Reflex sprayed in my current truck before the hitch. Very happy with this liner.

Same here, just a little faded.

Mine faded from black to dark gray several years ago and has remained the same dark gray ever since. It's a truck, the bed is hardly ever empty. I don't care that it's not black anymore.
