I think the only adapter you'd need would be the kind that drops into the pucks to give you "rails." Several of the companies make them, and I doubt they'd be much higher than regular rails - maybe a little bit. Check out some of your options on etrailer.
You might have to consider lifting your trailer to get enough bed clearance given how tall your truck is. I had to do an axle flip on mine to make it run level.
