- jepalmerExplorerBig shout-out to AdventureRv.net.
There was a delivery problem not of their making (hold up on supplier's end) and it was "should be there tomorrow", "nope, not here" for a couple of days until they got on the supplier, got a good (valid) tracking number, and arranged for 2-day delivery.
They've earned my business. - C_B_Explorer

Maybe I'm missing something. Is the only reason your replacing the pin box to gain weight capacity?? Does the new box improve ride?
From all I've read and researched, it should be a big improvement in ride. If it doesn't improve the ride, I'll be, shall we say, irritated.
You won't be disappointed.
Install is straight forward. Like others said, after removing old unit, put new pin box on blocks in truck bed, position under trailer and use trailer landing gear to raise/lower into position.
X2 My Demco Glideride is on my second fifthwheel and still providing me with a great ride.

My MorRyde greatly improved the ride. That's why I bought it. Yours should work well. - jepalmerExplorer

Just a word of caution.
Find out how much deeper the replacement pin box/kingpin is from your stock one. In all likely hood the replacement will be deeper than your stock one, which in turn will raise the front of your trailer. Could be as much as 4" to 5" difference. If you have adjustment in your 5th wheel hitch to compensate for this, then great.
Reason I know is because I found this out after I bought and replaced my pin box with a 5th airborne. It raised the front of my trailer alot which really affected the ride and handling.
Good luck.
Thanks. I plan to do some before measurements of height above truck rails etc. and then match. As best I can.... - RuralgasExplorerJust a word of caution.

Did some internet searching and found that the prices group around $750-800, but one site that was about $100 less. Anyone ever order from AdventureRV.net?
Thanks.
Yep, good company!
