Too cold????

So today I got out to my Fuzion to put the slides out, company coming and they are staying in there, and NOTHING! Hit the switch in and out and not even a click. Breakers and fuses all good, battery is up. Tried everything else, landing gear, lights all work. Did notice awning won't go out. It got to 24 degrees last night, could that have anything to do with it? Never had this prob before.:?

    Do you have a "kill switch" for your battery? If so, it might be flipped off, preventing anything on battery from functioning? If you are plugged into shore power, lights may work your converter, but if the kill switch is on, the converter might not have enough 'umph' to move the slides without the battery's assistance.

    Are there any interlocks, I.E. parking brake switch, etc?????

    The cold may cause things to move slower, but slide should still move. The awning motors are pretty weak, but it should also try to move, even when cold. If you actually tested your battery with a meter, and it tested good 12.6+ while not hooked to shore power, then I would suspect the slide circuit breaker. It should be near the battery, but could be just inside basement wall.

    If there is a kill switch for the battery then the lights wouldn't work.

    Did you try hooking the umbilical cord to your tow vehicle, start the engine in the TV, wait a couple of minutes to give power to your trailer batteries from the truck, then try the slide?

    If that doesn'the work, I have had the solenoids go bad for the slides. Sometimes they just need cleaning. They are usually behind a panel in a bay and look kind of like an ink jet for a printer.

    Slides are wired directly to battery so check for a blown in-line fuse or tripped DC circuit breaker (probably 30A) on power line that feeds slide outs

    If will be close to battery ----front or basement compartment

    AS 'MFL' suggested !

    Followed all wires, couldn't find the circuit breaker. Book shows one too!
