Just so you don't feel bad my DW went to the grocery a few years agoto pick up some milk and came home with a new truck (and didn't even get the milk). Sometimes you just have priorities! :B

I know the feeling. The last time I went to dealer to get a new lube plate a new Montana followed me home!

We were in Lafayette La. last year and the weather turned cold so we looked at a few new fifth wheels . We sure love our new one.

Those Pinnacles are nice rigs-we seriously considered one before going with our Infinity when we decided to get rid of our Class A money pit....we liked the floor plan of the Infinity better but on retrospect, wished we had went with the Pinnacle--better built unit

A little update: After telling our dealer we wanted to keep our Goodyear Marathon tires (2-3 years old)rather than the Chinese tires that were on the new Pinnacle, we made our trip to Connecticut. BUT, we didn't even make it to Arlington (from Lubbock area), TX before the first blow-out. New tire, and hit the road again (after losing a day in Sherman). Second blow-out just inside the Ohio state line. We then bought another set of new tires. This time, we went with truck tires. I think God has a sense of humor, laughing at us because we wanted to keep our "good" tires!! At least the blow-outs didn't do any damage to the new 5er!! BUT, we DID take out a retaining wall in Dallas, coming home, and now the 5er is back at the dealer for repairs -- took out the whole driver side of the RV. BUT, no one was injured or killed, and no other cars were involved, which, on I-30 could very easily have happened!!

AND. . .this week, we found out that while at the dealer for damage repairs, the passenger side received hail damage!!! OY!!!

We got the Pinnacle home the end of October (almost 5 months to the day), just in time to winterize it!! I am sooooo itching for warmer weather and a trip!!
