I see people towing boats all the time, realize that doesn't make it right. Don't think being legal is a problem where I live.
I was concerned about weight on the frame where the hitch is attached but think that can be taken care of by where the cart is located on the trailer. By moving the cart back I can take all the weight off the hitch that I want.
