First you need to find the original brochure and find out what the " standard " options are. Most people make the mistake of checking most of the options when they are indeed standard and not " optional" which increases the value substantially!
Best way to figure what they are going to give you is just put in your coach's year, make and model and do not enter any options. They will most likely give you about 1-2k below the low blue book.

On the 2007 Jayco in your sig the Nada note is "2007 models include Value Package." You will need to know what is included in the value package and not include in your options list.
I believe this is what was included in the package.
