... It just depends. You need to check on each unit. Many are not as well insulated in the garage area so check on that too.

Yguy is right it depends on the rig for heating and cooling.. Mine is ducted with heat and AC in the garage but I felt the need to add a second AC for the garage which we also use for a livingroom when we get to where we are going. I was able to do that because my rig has 50amp service and the garage was pre wired for AC

Even though your in Florida I wouuld still get a four seasons rig. Are you looking at Fivers or Bumper Pull?

I checked out the 32GS Amped a bumper pull with a fiver floor plan. I was pretty impressed with it...

Our home base is in Florida. We are full time travelers, so the four season rig is a great idea. In our experience no matter how we try, no matter how we plan, now and then we are in cold weather.

We have, and are now in a bumper pull TT but are looking at both.

Our Monentum has ducted heat in the garage, and I added the optional 3rd AC in the garage as we convert our space to office/sewing room once the bike is offloaded. The ducting runs together so we typically only have to run 2 of our 3 AC's at any one time to keep the entire rig cool.

Some do and some don't.

Our Voltage 3950 has ducted furnace and air conditioning, but neither is sufficient for 4 seasons living.

some do, some don't. even those that do have the ducting, are drawing from the same unit that heats/cools the main living area and are usually undersized. most TH require you to order the optional 2nd and/or 3rd AC unit to maintain reasonable temps in hot weather.

Our Voltage 3905 is the same. We run both A/C units, and leave the pass thru door open with a small fan running to cool the garage. We have also found that the carpet on the the floor helps to keep the temp even as well. We have camped in cold weather, but didn't occupiy the garage.

We spent last season in our Cyclone 4100K and never turned on the Garage AC. Most of the time we have the patio set up and never felt the need to cool the garage area.

As to heating, the main furnace is useless for the garage area as there is only a single small heating outlet in the garage that provided little to no heat whatsoever that far back.
